What is Lunis?

Lunis is a software platform specifically designed for real estate agents. Its mission is to automate the digital marketing needs of agents.

This includes the full service creation of social media posts based on property information, helping agents save time and improve their online presence.

How does Lunis work?

Lunis is built using artificial intelligence (AI), proprietary video and text assets as well as internally developed algorithms.

The platform is extremely easy for real estate agents to use. You simply upload basic property information, such as description and photos. Lunis then automatically generates personalized social media posts, including for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Lunis also automatically generates video assets for agents to download and share (if they want to) as well as Agent Page - a combination of a personal website and a virtual business card.

How long does it take for my video to be generated?

It usually takes just a few minutes. Please make sure that you have added a profile picture on your Agent Page for the best video results.

Can I change the style of my posts?

Yes, you can choose from currently three different agent styles: elegant, neutral and playful. Styles adapted to agency brands are in the works.

Within the platform, you have the option to customize and adjust any of the automatically generated posts according to your preferences.

Will my social media posts be unique?

Yes, the posts generated for you are unique. We use a combination of information provided by you (e.g. property images and descriptions) and visual and text assets generated by our team, to create personalized and exclusive posts for each of your listings and posts.

Publication and Customization

Are the posts personalized with my information?

Although the posts are not personalized with your contact information, remember that they appear personalized to your potential clients since your profile picture and name appear on each post.

What is an Agent Page?

An Agent Page is a dedicated web page or profile for real estate agents, showcasing their credentials, listings, social media, and other relevant information. It serves as a digital business card, helping potential clients understand the agent's expertise, services, and track record in the industry.

What information should I include in my Agent Page?

When creating your Agent Page, we recommended that you include all your important professional information such as a profile photo, your location, your agency, your social media details as well as a short bio.

Providing this info will help your Agent Page stand out and allow potential clients to get to know you better and contact you more easily.

How can I add my property listings to my Agent Page?

Please go to the listing management section after you log in to Lunis. There, you can enter the link of the property listing. In many cases, our system will automatically populate the rest of the property details. You then just need to add some pictures.

How do I promote my real estate agent page on social media?

Place the link to your Agent Page in the bio of your social media like Instagram or TikTok. You can also easily share your Agent Page link by email, text or WhatsApp.

What are the benefits of having an Agent Page on Lunis?

An Agent Page offers multiple benefits: it highlights an agent's portfolio of listings, showcases their expertise, provides a platform for client testimonials to build credibility. Does Lunis offer integrations with other social media platforms like Youtube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest?

Currently, we offer integration with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. However, we're always evaluating new product expansions to meet our users' needs. Stay tuned for future updates!

How do I connect my Instagram account with Lunis?

Please access your account settings and look for the integrations section. There, you'll find the option to connect your Instagram account. Follow the provided instructions to complete the integration process.
